It is getting challenging these days to find good customer service for any product or service. But I am very happy to tell you that Bill's expert service regarding my computer problems was exceptional. All of us have anxiety when we experience computer issues and pray to find someone competent and knowledgeable. My aging computer was on life support with virus problems and other issues - and he came to my rescue - and it runs now like new. He is highly professional, extremely dependable and quite knowledgeable about computers.  Bill clearly explained the problems and my options and had my computer back to me and up and running in several days - at a fair price for his services. You can't do better than these guys - they are terrific!

Laura: Excellent Computer Service!

My husband and I were looking for a local person who was nice, knowledgeable and reasonably priced to help with a few computer issues we both had and to have a good computer resource in general.  My husband discovered Bill and he is truly the best "discovery"!  :-)  I cannot begin to explain everything he changed, fixed, etc but the bottom line is both of our computers are working perfectly and most importantly if there is a computer glitch or an issue that needs to be addressed Bill responds within a few hours and has so far been able to fix the problems remotely.  I highly recommend Bill and CompuTech Support.

Irene S.: Amazing service!!!

By some stroke of luck, or devine intervention, I had kept a CompuTech coupon near my dying computer. I was at a crossroad, either call repair service or toss the computer off the balcony. Luckily I called Bill. He arrived quickly to take a quick look, decided that the "patient" was gravely ill and took my PC for a complete diagnostic screening. Bill was able to fix and upgrade my PC and return it to me quickly. I had mentioned in passing that I was thinking about getting a laptop. After I answered a few questions, Bill was able to recommend a laptop that will meet my needs but be simple enough for me "play" with.

Within 18 hours of my first call, I had a repaired and updated PC and a fantastic new HP laptop. Computech Support provided the type of friendly, efficient service that is rare to find in today's environment. I have already passed on a referral. I am thrilled with the quality of service and attention to detail and I feel like I have a "friend" that i can count on!
